Why can’t I create new topics or answer existing ones?
Are you registered?  You must be registered in order to answer in the forums.  To register, click on the link “Subscribe” seen on the explanatory text when you try to create a new topic or to answer an already existing one. 

Are you a user-member of the forum?  A user-member of the forum is a member who has become a member for a forum or for a specific category.   If you have already subscribed, logon by using your username and password by clicking on “Login” on top of the page.  Try to create a new topic or answer an existing one. 


I am registered and I’m a member of the forum, but I still cannot create a new topic or answer existing ones!
Are you sure you are connected?  To be connected, click on the link “Connection» located on top of the page and enter your username and password.

I lost my password!
Click on the link “Connection” and find the form for lost passwords.  You must know your username as well as the answer to your secret question  (given at registration).  We will then forward your password via the e-mail address you gave at registration.

How can I write a subject in the forum?
You must be registered and be a user-member of the forum in which you are trying to write a new message.  If this is the case, you must open the desired forum and click on the link “New”.  You can then write your message.  You can also preview your message before you publish it.

How can I answer a subject in the forum?
You must be registered and be a user-member of the forum in which you are trying to answer a topic in the forum.  If this is the case, you must open the desired forum and then the chosen topic.  Click on the link “Answer” located on the side of each message.  You can then write you message.  You can also preview your message before you publish it.

Can I modify my message once it is published?
For the moment, there is no way to modify your message once it is published.

Can I delete my message once it is published?
For the moment, there is no way to delete your message once it is published unless you are a moderator in the forum in which it is published.
Keeping watch on topics
How can I watch for certain topics?

You have the opportunity to keep an eye on subjects of interest to you.  You can be informed by e-mail when someone answers a topic in the forum.  To do so, post the subject or topic that interests you then click on the link “Watch for Topics”.  To post the topic, click on the forum that contains the subject and click again on the specific topic.

You also have the possibility of viewing charts of all your watched topics in a single glance.  Just click on the link “Watch Topics”.

Who are the Administrators?
The administrators are registered members who manage the forums (creation, modification and deletion).  They determine the moderators of each forum.  They also can moderate the entire forum they administer.

Who are the Moderators?
The Moderators are those chosen to make sure that rules as well as operational overall in the forums are maintained on a day-to-day basis.  They have the power to delete or not any messages as well as lock or unlock messages in the forum in which they moderate.  Generally speaking, the moderators are there to avoid out of context subject or unruly messages.
